I started tutoring in 1997 while obtaining my mechanical engineering degree. I have primarily helped with math subjects including, pre algebra, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, geometry, pre calculus and calculus. I have also assisted with chemistry, physics and sciences. Chris has EXCEPTIONAL math knowledge and EXCELLENT communication skills. Not only is he RELIABLE, but he is also PASSIONATE about helping you SUCCEED!!! I needed to crunch 4 years of high school mathematics, into 4 days and I needed help to understand things I have never heard of. I’m 42 and haven’t been in school since 1996, so he had his work cut out for him. Long story short, after 2 sessions, I passed my GED Math test, and I couldn’t have done it without his help. He also gave me personalized curriculum to study after our session. Chris has been no less than incredible. The idea of tutoring was not welcomed by our son, but after just one session he now loves it. Chris has been able to connect with him and motivate him to not only pay attention during sessions, but then pursue additional work on his own. Now when something does it make sense at school, he will tell me “That’s ok. I don’t understand now, but Chris will explain it. He explains everything” We could not ask for a better educator and will be forever grateful for his time and dedication to the love of learning.

I originally tutored in college and worked for 3 years while finishing my degree. Additionally, I have actively homeschooled my own children for 12 years.
