- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to your home, cheap is never a good thing. We charge fair. We do our research in the market to ensure you pay a fair price for our services. Our pricing varies depending on the job and materials needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an in-person estimate where we will assess the jobsite. We then send you the estimate with pictures and a brief description of the process. Upon approval, we schedule a date and time to get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I was a teenager, I was a general laborer assistant for many different contractors around town helping them remodel homes. I worked various jobs including appliance repair, apartment and student housing maintenance and an electrician apprentice in the union. I worked my way up to the position of an engineering manager, learning every trade along the way, and still learning.
