Service costs are based on market value in that specific area. In addition, when you hire an individual contractor, the costs are usually half of that of a mid to large scale contracting company.

It's important to discuss a game plan with as much detail including unknown or unseen factors that could affect the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up I've worked with my neighbor who taught me about installing (all types of flooring) My brother-in-law's best friend who is a General Contractor, the neighbor across the street who is an electrician and my uncle who is a plumber.
