I own a 4 level air cooled self storage property. I have waited 18 months to write this review so I could calm down. Chris installed 4 new large evap coolers with filters at a fair price and they work fine. He came over to do a minor warranty repair and found me in the office. He said the Sept. 15th hail storm tore our roof apart and we needed a new roof. He would send a roofing contractor over to estimate the cost of a roof that hail cannot damage. The roofer came and said to budget $22,500. The roof was 1 year old. The contractor who did the new roof reinspected and said there was no damage and if it leaks give him a call. Well it has not leaked over the past 18 months.Now to the complaint. Our exhaust vent that pulls the evap cooler air through each floor of the building stopped working. Chris came out and said it would take him a week or two to get to it and it would be $1,000 to $2,000 to repair. Summer was weeks away. Chris came back out and said his first estimate was wrong. After further inspection his adjusted fee was $5,200 and it could be done in about two weeks when the parts come in.We called Rite Way Heating and Cooling. Within an hour a repair man was on site. He looked at the big exhaust vent system and said he could get it fixed in a few minutes. The cost would be $150. We said get it done. It took a few minutes and he was out the door. I think he told my manger it was a cotter pin. RiteWay saved us $5,050.

If you are looking for a company that puts YOU first look no further. Chris Plunkett did an amazing job at my home. I called him and he showed up that same day. Within minutes he was able to diagnose what was wrong with my HVAC system. He found a problem that not even the home inspector was capable of finding when I bought the home. In no time my home was pumping out cold air. Chris educated me on how to keep my system running like new. His pricing was/is more than fair in todays market. Its very hard to find individuals in this trade that are honest, ethical and on time. Tailored Mechanical has serviced my home twice for two separate issues and will back out to complete one more task.
