- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price according to what you want done and the type of materials you would like to use. We make sure we ask questions that help facilitate a great discussion which in turn helps both the client and Desert Rose Painting be on the same page from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to meet our clients face to face. We want make sure that we are a great fit for our clients and they are a great fit for us. Clients typically choose us as their painter because they are informed and know what to expect from us the very first day we meet. We want you to be excited working with us and to never feel out of control with your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Scott has been in the industry for over 7 years. He stared in a company where he did everything from being lead crew member, to production managing, to sales and everything in between. When that company closed, he got a job with Sherwin Williams and worked up from a manager in training to assistant manager to eventually running his own store. From there he began successfully running his own painting business in the fall of 2018.
