FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in easy! All quotes include lighting, wireless microphones, smoke and bubble machines, if desired. For wedding ceremonies and receptions, we provide lavaliere microphones so that all your guests can hear what is being said. Our pricing is extremely competitive, and we are not going to break anyone's budget. We give you what you are looking for, at a great value! We were hired to do your special function, to your expectations and that is exactly what we do. Please be advised that the quoted price DOES NOT include taxes or service fees associated with Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or credit card payments. We do have a one-time travel fee that is added, depending on the location of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to discuss what you are looking for up front. We want your visions and expectations for your event. We provide planning documents and lots of music suggestions to ensure that you are getting exactly what you want. You provide us with the details of what your needs are, and we work to make it happen. Once we establish what you want, we go to work making sure that everything is up to your satisfaction weeks prior to the event. We always sit down with our customers to get the ideas down so that we can act on them. Communication is the key to a perfect event
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started with the very basics back in high school and progressed as new technologies were invented. Working with the bare minimums teaches resiliency! We are also always learning from others. No one has all the ideas. We look for things to enhance what is happening at any particular moment and work on improving it. I have 30 years in live music. 25 in sound engineering and lighting of events. 10 years in broadcast media along with 15 years in public address announcing for various events.
