Max is Jonny on the spot!!! I live in NC and my elderly father lives in AZ. He calls me often for help with issues with his computer, printer and TV. I have had to fly there several times outside of my normal visits due to this. Max has been a God send and is my go to person to help my Dad with these issues and he saves me from excessive travel and time off of work!!!

I’m happy with the solution Max found for my PC after my HDMI cord was yanked out. He explained that it would need an expensive replacement but he gave me a “display port to HDMI adapter” cord so that my PC can be displayed properly on my monitor, instead of getting the replacement.
