General Service: $65 per hour (minimum fee of $45) Data Transfer: $100 flat rate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers call our dispatch line at their convenience, and we schedule an agreed-upon time for service. I then visit the client on-site to troubleshoot and address their tech needs. Same-day or next-day availability is often possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With years of experience in both personal and business tech support, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients from all backgrounds. My work includes owning and operating Engle Energy, a tech support business where I specialize in services tailored for seniors, making technology accessible and stress-free. Previously, I’ve worked as a technician with Tucson Electric Power, where I supported executives and managed complex tech setups for large groups. This blend of experience means I bring a thorough, yet down-to-earth approach to helping clients—whether it’s setting up a new device, fixing an issue, or providing simple training on everyday tech use.
