- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per cleaning, not by the month. This means that your monthly bill will change depending on holidays or any other days when you don't need our services. We send invoices on the first of every month for the previous month and expect payment within 15 days. Our cleaning agreements allow you to cancel the contract at any time without any cancellation fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet with them in person for commercial cleaning to get a better idea of who is providing each of the supplies and if they can be stored on site. We usually supply equipment and chemicals for the cleaning, but some clients prefer to provide supplies such as trash bags and paper products. Whether or not these supplies will be provided by the client will affect the quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in business for more than three years. Our expertise spans residential, commercial, restaurant, medical clinics, dental clinics, hair salons, day porters and much more!
