- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In the last 2 yrs. HVAC prices have risen 40% on average. The banking crisis and interest rates will continue to fuel inflation, and HVAC will continue to rise. I have customers telling me all the time I wished I would have purchased 2 yrs. ago. I want to give you the best possible deal right now, while I still have financing options available, and substantial discounts depending on your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Review - Get the lay of the land, I want to know what your love about your current system and what you hate about your current system. Analysis and Design - I will gather information to perform a load calculation, and design several systems that will fit your comfort needs. Present Options - I will present you options based on your needs. Installation Date - Set up a day for install and survey if necessary Time Allotment: 1.5 to 2 hours generally 5-Star Service - My goal on every estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in charge of mechanical contracts for over 30 years, in the last 3 years I have moved to project management for residential HVAC installation. Riteway trains in house at Riteway University, while providing us training through Nexstar, Trane, Lennox and Goodman. In addition to HVAC we are also trained in indoor air quality, duct cleaning and sealing, humidification and air filtration.
