- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that we have the most competitive pricing out there in the market, we are family owned and operated. This keeps our overhead cost down and therefore charge less for our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to understand each customers need as they all have different needs and expectations. I tend to adapt to our homeowners needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Technical degree from a trade school in electronics that helps me understand the circuitry of the machines.
