I needed to have a bead blast done on my pool before we took some real estate photos, and Ulysses gave me a reasonable quote and was able to come out the next day! While he was on-site, he diagnosed some additional issues, and worked to complete everything with excellent results and on time. All in all, Ulysses did a bead blast, pool drain/chlorine rinse, additional plumbing, cleaning of a salt cell and filter, among a few other things. I would heartily recommend Ulysses - very dependable and responsive, with quality work!

He was so good that I'll be using him for my maintenance monthly. My pool was a disaster with broken grids which he replaced and my timer burnt out and needed new wiring. He knew exactly what to do and was very proficient. Thank You

Ulysses came out the same day to inspect the job. He showed up the next day and replaced my pool's popup valve controller. And he came back the next day to verify everything was working well. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. And he warrants his work for a year. I highly recommend Papa's Pools Solutions.

Ulyeses stayed in touch with me after the initial contact. He even sent me a reminder text the night before meeting. He seems very knowledgeable about pools and even those with higher tech systems. He was thorough in explaining things while testing them too. He is hired!

Ulysses is very friendly and professional. Needed someone to come out and service pool on short notice and he came quickly. Work was done, and a day later my pool is shining. We have agreed to hire Papas Pool solutions to be our weekly pool care specialist.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are fair and reasonable. I sleep in peace at night Customers on service receive up to a 20% discount off the next months service for that I bring in service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set a date and estimate time of arrivals for each new client I contact with. Free estimates for service and repairs. While on site I introduce my self and find the needs of the client. I do a initial water test along with equipment check.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the pool industry for 18 plus years. CPO certified, former Assistant Mgr of the largest pool company in AZ.
