- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are fair and reasonable. I sleep in peace at night Customers on service receive up to a 20% discount off the next months service for that I bring in service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set a date and estimate time of arrivals for each new client I contact with. Free estimates for service and repairs. While on site I introduce my self and find the needs of the client. I do a initial water test along with equipment check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the pool industry for 18 plus years. CPO certified, former Assistant Mgr of the largest pool company in AZ.
