If the issue requires more in-depth diagnosis, we may charge a call-out fee to cover the time and expertise involved. However, we’re happy to credit that fee toward the cost of any repairs needed, ensuring you always get value from our service. Our goal is to make the process straightforward, transparent, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team holds CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certifications, which are not required for residential pool service but demonstrate our commitment to the highest industry standards. This certification also allows us to work in commercial environments, ensuring we apply professional-grade expertise to every job. Additionally, we carry a license that covers both residential and commercial pool builds and repairs, giving you confidence that we can handle almost any situation with skill and precision.
