Ron was an absolute joy!! He was prompt in messaging and answered all of the questions my husband and I had about our pool. Assessed, tested and then treated our pool with the necessary chemicals to ensure it would be sparkling and clear. He was finished very quickly and gave us a timeline as to what we should expect next. It feels great to know we have a true professional who will look after our pool from here on out and we won’t have to guess or throw money at it to maintain. Monthly price, customer service is perfect and it’s a family operated business which is fantastic! If you’re on the fence about having a pool professional or looking for one, 1104 pool maintenance is one I highly recommend! :)

I highly recommend this company. Our pool was turning green in spite of the chemicals we were adding and we finally got smart and decided to call a professional. We called Ron at 1104 and he was there the next morning. He immediately identified the problem with the water leveler valve failing. It wasn’t an expensive fix. He replaced the valve that day, added the appropriate chemicals and got the pool cleaned up and looking beautiful again. It’s been about a week and it’s working like a charm. We’ve hired Ron to come over for weekly maintenance and we’re so glad we did. It takes the guesswork out of the equation so we can enjoy our sparkling clean pool again.

Ron is the man. My pool was in a terrible state and I was over trying to bring it back to life by myself. Ron was very friendly and professional and gave me an honest and fair price. Other pool services were trying to take advantage of my situation and timeline. Don’t bother contacting multiple pool services, just contact Ron and he will give you a fair and honest assessment. If you choose to go forward with him, he’ll do a quality job and communicate effectively.
