FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on project. Pricing will always be fair based on the labor, market, and materials required. We’re all about long term relationships and consistent business. Price gouging, bait and switching, and all that other BS makes it impossible to book long term reoccurring services, get referrers, and good reviews. We go above and beyond for our clients and want to work with those who will go above and beyond for us in terms of reviews, Refferals, and word of mouth advertising.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick phone call to see if I can even help them or if someone else would be better, schedule job, quick walkthrough of job to have both eyes on and make sure there’s no surprises that, Customer relaxes while we get it done, walkthrough to show completed work and make sure they’re happy, collected payment, customer books reoccurring service most the time, and then myself or the customer will reach out periodically to make sure all service needs are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Was in a line unit for 6 years in the Army where I learned how to lead a team, meet deadlines, and how to work under extreme pressure. Been around the trucking business my whole life where I learned how to always be creative to fix something from being broken down in the middle of nowhere and still need to get loads delivered on time. The past 4 years I’ve been selling residential solar where I worked with city, state, and federal government bodies. Managed a lot of electrical upgrades, roof replacements, and structural projects through subcontractors to meet eligibility requirements. How to hustle. Work on roofs and move around in tight spaces doing surveys in the attic.
