While I acknowledge that pneumonia is an acute respiratory infection that can last up to 6 weeks, it is still a significant health concern that requires appropriate recovery time. In light of this, we offered the option to pause your membership for up to 3 months without any penalties, allowing you to resume your training once you felt ready. However, you have chosen to pursue cancellation instead. In an effort to accommodate your situation further, we went beyond our standard policy and offered the value of the cancellation fee as credits towards future training sessions. We believe this was a fair compromise, considering the commitments we have made to our trainers and the financial implications for our small business. I want to emphasize that our goal is to find a solution that is fair and reasonable for both parties involved. It is not about avoiding responsibility or disregarding the commitment you willingly made as a consenting adult. We have made genuine efforts to work with you during this challenging time. I understand that you may be frustrated with the situation, but resorting to confrontational tactics, such as public reviews, will not help in finding a resolution. We value our clients and their satisfaction, but it is also important to respect the commitments and policies we have in place to maintain the sustainability of our business.
