Molly was wonderful to work with. I saw progress in a month and have continued to work on myself with the resources provided to me by her. I started at 165lbs and have since maintained in the 150-155 after 3 months working together. Unfortunately, I ended our sessions together due to unexpected life occurrences - a family member diagnosed with cancer and infidelity from my partner of 14 yrs. I would love to work with Molly again, and want her to know that I sincerely thank her for her support in my fitness journey, but also emotional/mental well-being.

Molly was terrific from the start. She was very direct and professional about the expectations and planning of my goals. My goal is to lose weight while gaining more mobility and strength. She is very knowledgeable about nutrition and exercise. She is always checking in on me about food intake. STRETCHING: I never saw the value in stretching and in the past, I would just skip it all together at the end of workout. Not only did Molly educate me on why stretching was so important, but she also shows me. So not only do I get a great workout, but at the end (my fav) she will stretch me. She has a very welcoming personality and easy to talk to. She is reliable, mature, and punctual. I have had 6 weeks working out with her and so far I have notice a significant increase in my stamina and strength. My girlfriend shared that she can see an increase in my energy and mobility. She also took notice of more leg muscle. I’m in my late 30’s/F and noticed my body can’t perform as well as it used to. So, I made a commitment and that was to lose weight and be a healthier me- I am very satisfied with the investment I have made in personal training. Thank you again Molly.

I have a degree in nutrition and kinesiology, I’m certified as a nutritional Coach, nutritionist specialization certification, corrective exercise certification, Personal training certification.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve Always loved nutrition and fitness and through my education I always wanted to be able to share my experience with those who struggle with either a body image learning how to eat, move for their body and struggle with consistency! My passion lies in helping women become their best selves and that’s why I started my business!
