- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are non-for-profit respective wounded warriors so we give tax paperwork that gives you a benefit to be able to write off a percentage of what our jobs cost on your taxes so you get a big tax break at the end of the year when you use this because we’re not for profit
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down and can go over details of what they’re looking to do and what’s important to them the most and then we focus on those things and some names. We even add things that just need to be done just to make the customer happy knowing that I’ll come back to his tenfold through the referrals that is just a way of doing business.
