They are doing a wonderful job on my pool. My pool is definitely a lot of work I am at the base of South Mountain and I get a lot of animals and dirty at my pool and thus far this company has been fantastic.

Owner, ironically, does not take ownership of his business, does not attempt to correct the action and "decides without consulting" client to charge double for his services after months of unsatisfactory work. Buyer beware! Sign a contract and get in writing all thr service you expect, AND get in writing whether you are paying before or after service, as he has "changed" his mind. Clearly lots of complaints have occurred because they also changed their phone number 3 months before reporting it to customers. After 2 years of service, quality in work performed deteriorated significantly, owner did NOT even attempt to satisfy or increase service after 3 straight months of a service person lying about the pool service performed. The owners answer was to, without communicating, move us down to 1 service a month, yet still charged the same price. Pictures attached are 2 hours after "service" stated vacuuming and cleaning skim basket.

This review should be disregarded. I have communicated with the customer and have attempted to resolve the issue. We did have a service issue for August and September. This customer was indeed suppose to get weekly vacuuming, which is not normally a part of the weekly service. This was on me for not communicating this with the tech. The customer brought this to my attention at the beginning of October, and was refunded for August service, and the invoice was voided for September service. Since the customer didn’t receive the service agreed upon, she shouldn’t of had to pay and didn’t. Because of the issue with service I was under the impression she wanted to move on from our company, which wasn’t the case at the time. I personally serviced the pool both 10/19 and 11/1. The service was done fully and thoroughly each time. Chemicals balanced, pool vacuumed, brushed, netted, and skimmer basket emptied. The invoice went out on 11/1 for a full months service. The customer paid the invoice in a timely manner. Our company takes off thanksgiving week and Christmas week. My technicians work hard all summer and look forward to these vacation weeks as do I. The customer cancelled before the second service of the month 11/22 (would have been 11/15 but due to where thanksgiving lands this year we had due a two week off as every customer gets serviced the week prior to thanksgiving). The customer wanted a refund for getting one service in October but paying for two. Because of the service performed on 11/1, she owed for 1 week in November. The customer paid for 2 services and received the 2 services. If the customer would have stayed on she would have only paid for one service the following invoice, as she should have been credited for one. This was all explained professionally in email, but I really couldn’t get through to the customer. I take a lot of pride in my company, and have high expectations for my technicians. I always ask my customers to let me know if there is an issue with service and it will be handled. As said earlier the customer was refunded a month and voided another month, receiving those services on us. We sent out an email letting customer know of our phone number change 2 weeks prior. The number change was due to excessive spam callers all day everyday, because it was also my personal line. We have since obtained a dedicated business line. All new customers sign a service agreement (we don’t believe in contracts) of what we expect of the customers and what they should expect of us. This customer may have been serviced before we started sending these to new customers before starting service. Company wide we have almost 500 customers in only 7 years of business, and there may be a customer here and there that isn’t receiving the service they expect. I will always take care of my technicians and customers. Sometimes I can not make a customer happy and a review like this will be left. I have done absolutely everything on my part.
