- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a base rate depending on the type of event. Additional charges can be added to that base rate, depending on customers' needs, and location. Those may include lighting, ex equipment, travel time, and etc.......
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with customers in person if possible. If not we can get everything done through video chat, phone, text, and email. I like to get a clear outline of the client's needs and wants. The music is the next biggest topic of discussion. To make sure I have an understanding of the genre of music the customer wants. I normally ask for a list of 10 songs. Once the music is taken care of, I like to get as many details about the venue as possible, such as the size of the venue, unloading location, power outlets, etc
