- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both flat fee and retainer fee agreements. We do offer payment plans that are tailored to your specific circumstances. Each client is unique and under different financial constraints, so we try to work on a fee structure that works for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will attempt to schedule a free initial consultation to meet and discuss your case. Together we will discuss varying options and strategies to move your case forward. Typically, at the end of the first consultation, we will provide a "questionnaire" for you to complete and provide additional information / documents pertinent to your case that will allow our attorneys to offer additional advice and advocate on your behalf.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The attorneys are licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona.
