Introduction
I’m as enthusiastic as it gets when it comes to fitness. I’ve been lifting for about 9 years now, and there’s nothing I love more than teaching what I’ve learned in my journey. I always bring the energy and will never let you leave a session unsatisfied. I specialize in bodybuilding and functional movement. That meaning, if you don’t know what muscles you should be working on a particular lift, I’ll break that movement down for you so that you do. I also run HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) circuits for those clients that aren’t as much into lifting but still want to get in shape. I base my training out of a private training facility called Die Trying Training Facility in Tempe, AZ.

Having worked with a few trainers previously, I can say the Ross is one of, if not the best trainer I've had the pleasure working with and getting to know. He's very professional, but at the same time he's chill, friendly, and fun to talk to. Ross helped me provide a safe environment to grow, get stronger, as well as push my limits. He's great at motivating you through the workout and beyond. If you have any questions regarding how or why you do certain workouts, he would be able to answer it. Ross is very knowledgeable and taught me so many things in how the body moves and functions. Ross is very organized when it comes to his sessions, and highly adaptable (can change the sessions and workouts as your body needs). He'll make sure you do the workouts properly and safely. I highly recommend working with Ross and would give him more than five stars if I could!

Ross is not only the best trainer in AZ because of the progress he helped me achieve but he has the knowledge and fundamentals to back up his craft. He is also one of the nicest dudes and genuinely cares about all of his clients progress and overall wellbeing outside of the gym. I’m so honored to call him a friend and to have been able to train with him for so long. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Ross is hands-down the best trainer I’ve had. Over the past few years, I’ve had about 4 or 5 trainers, and from day one Ross took the cake. I am able to be 100% transparent with him, and he has helped me gain the strength and confidence needed in the gym. I fully trust him and his knowledge into providing me the most fulfilling workout possible every single session. Be prepared to meet your goals!

I’m so glad I found Ross! He strikes the perfect balance between expertise, encouragement, and empathy. His deep understanding and passion for exercise science is genuinely inspiring. He pushes you to your limits while always keeping a watchful eye on your form to prevent injuries. If you're looking for someone to guide you through your fitness journey with care and knowledge Ross is your guy.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing varies for every individual and how many sessions they wish to come a week. Students get 10% off training prices. Contact for more details, I’d love to talk with you!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first training session is always free. I will have the customer tour the gym to start, followed by a light warm up on the bike. We will do a shorter and easier session than normal just so I can get a feel for your current level of fitness. At the end of the session, I will typically go over pricing and all the other things I offer with my service.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Training: I started training when I was 16 years old and along the way have been trained by 3 other personal trainers myself. I have completed my college education at Arizona State University with a degree in Exercise Physiology.
