- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have any set pricing as each job and circumstance is unique.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a FREE service call and diagnostic with any flat-rate repair. Which means we will come out and tell you what's wrong and give you a total price to fix entire job. You will receive a trusted, in-depth evaluation of your home's comfort system. Invoice detail is typed out on iPad and emailed to you by via .pdf at conclusion of our visit. Or, we will shake hands and part as friends, collect a service call fee of $59.95 for the trip out to the property. This will cover incidentals incurred with dispatching the service technician to your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner, Eric Lipp is a master technician who has 15 years experience doing heating and cooling in the Phoenix metro area exclusively. He personally trains each employee and is a member of the Arizona Heat Pump Council and the Electric League of AZ. Patriot Air is an APS & SRP qualified contractor. Authorized Bryant dealer.
