- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts on our maintenance plans and for being maintenance plan holders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We confirm contact and location details, enter your information into our field management software and schedule a date. You will receive a notification via email or text when you are scheduled as well as when our tech is on their way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an ROC license for Air Conditioning and our technicians have been trained through The Refrigeration School in Phoenix AZ.
