Sean was nice to speak to, and quick to take my request. He seemed knowledgeable on the phone and knew what I was requesting for my project. However, we scheduled a time over the phone for him to come that worked for both of us, but he canceled on me same day. He did offer to reschedule, but for this small project it is not worth it. I am sad because I could have contacted another contractor earlier today if he knew he was not available.
