FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have fair and competitive pricing for services rendered. If the appointment is scheduled outside of business hours, there is an emergency service call fee that will be a deposit for services rendered. Within regular business hours we do not charge a separate service fee. We do offer free estimates and work with all insurance companies. We offer 10% off our competitive pricing for people who prefer to do a self-pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you have a water mitigation need, a quick response is really important. You want to get a technician out to extract any standing water and start the drying process. Once our technicians are there, we can give you a general estimate of how much drying out the property will cost (it can vary with drying times and other special circumstances). If you choose to file an insurance claim, we can speak directly with the adjustor and get any approvals needed and keep them up to date with the drying process. Once the area is back to dry standard and cleaned we will have a final cost with all documentation to send to the insurance. With Mold we can schedule an appointment to have technicians come out and scope out the work that will be needed to remove it safely and completely. We do mold removal, not mold testing, so you want to have someone test for mold or have visible mold in an area before we come out. We create a free estimate for the cost of removal (if more mold is found during the process or other special circumstances arise, we can stop working until the new estimate is included and approved.) With fire claims we can work directly with your insurance agent to keep everyone aware of the process and procedures as we bring your house back to pre-loss conditions. You'll be kept informed each step of the way with both structure and contents and scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our company is trained and certified through IICRC for Water Removal and Restoration, Mold Removal, Fire Restoration, and Odor Removal.
