If I could give them more that 5 stars I would. Juan was very communicative and proactive. We were on a time crunch since we were about to close on the sell of our house when a leak happened. After the water repair we contacted Juan to do the flooring and baseboards and he was able to provide us with the invoice and start right away. He was very communicative and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. The quality of the work is amazing and it literally looks like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend him and his team!

Juan with Sarrazin Improvements did an amazing job of fixing the loose tile that I had in the walkway of my home. He took off the old cement that was on the back of the loose tile. Then, he applied new cement to the back of the tile, and put it back in place. He then re-caulked it with brand new caulking. I also needed to get some caulking done in my master bedroom next to my stand up shower, as well as my separate bathtub. I had a few spots in my master bathroom where it needed some new caulking, and Juan did this also. Juan is a true professional, and takes great pride in his work. I will definitely use him again for any flooring work I may need in the future.

Juan reached out to me after I inquired about services. I had two other contractors respond, then never get back to me. Juan was responsive from the start to the end of the job. His availability was great and allowed us get the flooring we needed as soon as possible. He gave me detailed quotes for a bedroom with vinyl, as well as future work I need done. He completed the job promptly and was professional throughout. He was courteous and took the trip to get additional materials needed to respect my work schedule. The end product is perfect, and I am very happy with it.
