I've had 3-4 companies that insisted that I get my whole floor replaced because of a gap in my flooring. Juan was the only one who insisted coming by and what he found saved me hundreds of dollars. Juan was fantastic! We hired Juan to fix an uneven floor in one of our bedrooms and re-install the same vinyl plank. He did a wonderful job of removing the existing vinyl plank, leveling the floor and re-installing the same vinyl plank pieces back in the same arrangement. He even removed the baseboards and closet doors to make sure he was covering the entire area. He then re-installed them effortlessly. Juan was articulate, detailed oriented and very conscious of cleaning up after his job. If I ever need any work around my house, I will not hesitate to call him. His prices are very fair.
