Juan was very friendly, prompt in his arrival, very comfortable in laying the flooring, which to me shows that he is experienced with vinyl planks. He was quick, yet took the time to explain things when I had questions. He didn't mind me observing and was quick and generous with his smiles. We will be hiring him again when we're ready for the next room. He did a great job of installing the baseboards also.

I hired Juan to fix floor tiles at my home. He came in time, inspected, gave a quote and scheduled the work. He was very professional. Came home to fix things exactly as planned. He brought needed materials, knew his work thoroughly, and did a terrific job. He is respectful, professional, and charges reasonably. Juan also can do other work like fixing window blinds, remodeling bathroom. Definitely recommend him highly.

Juan was amazing. He was responsive and came out same day. Even got supplies and started next morning as I did sort of ask to put me as a priority as I was in a time crunch. And he happily complied. I’m very happy to have found him. Very communicative and cleaned up after himself too. Pricing was good and competitive. Will definitely hire for next flooring job

Juan with Sarrazin Improvements did an amazing job of fixing the loose tile that I had in the walkway of my home. He took off the old cement that was on the back of the loose tile. Then, he applied new cement to the back of the tile, and put it back in place. He then re-caulked it with brand new caulking. I also needed to get some caulking done in my master bedroom next to my stand up shower, as well as my separate bathtub. I had a few spots in my master bathroom where it needed some new caulking, and Juan did this also. Juan is a true professional, and takes great pride in his work. I will definitely use him again for any flooring work I may need in the future.
