Mr.Kaufman runs a scam of a business. There was multiple revisions. If you look at the résumé that I have attached in the two jobs that I have included Mr. Kaufman did the same job description for both jobs that were completely different Mr. Kaufman listed that we do HIPAA I am not in the medical field. HIPAA was not a part of my job at all. Mr. Kaufman will do his best to get you with a phone call (marketing tactic) as soon as you inquire and will be in direct contact with you to pay but Mr. Kaufman and Market League does not deliver proper work. Going through a refund process has been terrible. I’ve been looking for a refund for almost 8 weeks, Market League does not hesitate to take your money but will give very low quality work. Mr. Kaufman states he will return the refund through his processing app Stripe but further down in texts states it’s thumbtacks job to refund which is untrue and now Thumbtacks customer service line says that it’s my banks fault, even though I never disputed with my bank. While I was inquiring to work with Market League , Mr. Kaufman reassured me that he will prioritize my résumé and work through it for the weekend yet two days into the week I was at the application deadline, and was still having very subpar resumes and lack of communication, every revision was poor. Many of us work way too hard to have our money wasted and we are putting in a couple hundred dollars with the opportunity to find work and based on this résumé, I wouldn’t even stand a chance appearing as illiterate with the Market League resume. Please do not use the service you can go to your local career center and they will revise your résumé for free.

Not impressed at all. Hired this company to redo my resume and cover letter but the quality of the work was very poor. It came with obvious grammatical errors that indicate they may be outsourcing the work overseas with people who have English as a second language. It also aesthetically looked poor and even showed it to other colleagues I have in the industry who told me the resume quality is ugly and they expected more if I’m paying for this. On top of that I still sent it to test it to see if it passed the ATS system for employers and it didn’t which was the main reason I did this… I reached out asking for a refund and wasnt even responded to which is the icing on the cake. Plan on disputing the charge with my bank and leaving this review so others are aware… attached is their resume and then the one I redid for myself which will be what I use
