- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on area, type of wash (soft wash or normal) , stain cleaning. Holidays light pricing is based on home size levels needing done does customer have lights or are we purchasing, is it a two story or one story home. Military, senior, veterans - top priority and discounts. New customers - discounts, referrals earn money off as well I don’t like listing prices because until I see exactly what is needing done nothing will be accurate. I help get a customer in budget pricing, we offer payment plans. We are there for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get general information, what exactly they are needing and I will email a quote, now the quotes are sometimes starting points if the customer won’t do in person appointments for assessment. Pricing can change if the job is more than expected. I do what I can to make sure the customer is within their budget.
