FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual GOLF LESSONS are 1 hour long and cost $60. If you purchase 2 at a time, they’re $50 ea ($100 total for 2 lessons). This includes the price of golf balls. If you would like to work on GOLF FITNESS, A full TPI evaluation of the golfer's swing (using video) and body takes approximately an hour and a half. Step 1 begins at the gym where the golfer's body will be evaluated by specific movement screens (either TPI Level 1, FMS, or SFMA depending on what we find). We’ll discuss injury history and I’ll screen the body for any potential deficits that may be leading to swing flaws. Step 2 continues with filming the golf swing, and I will instruct on TPI’s “Swing Characteristics” potentially affecting the swing in a negative way based on either poor mechanics or poor physical ability. We’ll talk about the “Body-Swing Connection” and any deficits in the swing linked to the body. From here we will begin working on the body together in the gym with exercises. I will give the golfer an "Exercise Prescription" specific to their needs (PDF Report emailed). The cost is $120. You will have the full report, complete with results from the screening and all the exercises specifically designed for you, as yours to keep. Playing lessons take the practice to the course, where the game is truly played. We will discuss how to change the mindset from practice to performance and how to focus on course management to shoot lower scores. The cost is $120 (player pays for his or her own round of golf).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will take the new client through a quick Q&A to get to know each other. I like to find out about past injuries, any physical limitations, experience with fitness or the game of golf, and what the client's goals are (including a timeframe), so we have an idea of where to begin. It’s all about RESULTS right?
