We purchased a new Amplifier that needed to be installed, Surround Sound ceiling speakers that needed to be replaced, cables that needed to be replaced and the TV calibrated.
Robert was kind enough to come at the end of his scheduled work shift to help us out. The project was complex , but Robert invested the time and skill to complete the project that evening; he left at 9:00 PM.
All the equipment is working perfectly and we could not be more pleased!!!
I had the Geek Squad here twice and they could not fix the problem!

In my opinion, Robert represents everything that a professional should strive to be. To start, he spent a great deal of time with me walking my property and assessing in detail all of my needs (and making suggestions to do things in ways I never would have thought). He was then able to give me an estimate on the spot that was more than reasonable for the high complexity of the work that was needed. Furthermore, I had many specific needs and requirements beyond just the scope of work that other companies were not willing to comply with, yet Robert didn’t bat an eye.
I had him help me out with the installation of 6 Unifi cameras (all of which needed PoE runs going through one or more interior/exterior walls, and one that required a very long run in conduit and had to be painstakingly fished through a large patio cover) as well as the installation of a Flex Utility enclosure and Flex Switch in my garage. I observed his work over the course of two days, and to say that he thinks of every small detail is an understatement. I had my own ideas of how to go about routing cables and placing cameras, most of which were not ideal and didn’t really result in an aesthetically pleasing outcome. Therefore, I am glad I had someone like Robert to kindly suggest ways that would be (and absolutely were) better. The end result was a very clean installation with neat wire runs and incredible camera visibility that I could never have hoped to pull off on my own.
Admittedly, I had a list of items in my head that I expected any professional that I hired would miss, forget to do, or possibly cut corners on. Incredibly, Robert did not miss any of them and absolutely did not cut a single corner. Not only that, he went many steps above and beyond. On top of that, he is just a really cool guy. I enjoyed chatting with him and ended up learning a lot from that as well as seeing everything that he did and the way he did it. I saw him work nonstop for stretches of time I didn’t think were humanly possible, persisting and pushing on even when he encountered a challenge. He thinks on his feet and never seems to be short on creative solutions (and no, I don’t mean chintzy workarounds or hacks - all of his work is of the highest quality). He had many opportunities to choose an easier, but less ideal and less functional route. He never did that and did not compromise my project to save himself time or hassle like most people would have.
In the end, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the finished product. My cameras work flawlessly and look great! Robert’s work exceeded my expectations in every way.

Robert was great. He was able to fit me in the next day. He ran a Ethernet lines to my office via the attic and installed an access point. He explained the process and cleaned up all the dust and debris. I tried to get I wired to quote me for the same service it was well above what Robert quoted. I would definitely recommend him.
