- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can discuss the possibility of discounted lessons for signing up for a series of lessons. I'm always happy to reward a customer's loyalty and trust in me
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First lessons are tough, and it may seem like we don't hit many shots, and that I'm doing A LOT of talking. I tell all my new customers though that if I am good at my job, they won't need me after just a few lessons (based on customer goals) because I want to give them enough information to understand what the ball is trying to tell them.
