This review is long overdue. These folks are the best! I had my vacuum plugged into an outlet in my office, and something happened where it shorted the entire room and a few other outlets as well. I attempted my normal troubleshooting, and to my surprise, nothing resolved. 😡 Arthur’s A-Team to the rescue!! 🛟 They investigated the issue and not only resolved it but improved the situation to help prevent it from happening again. Very kind and explanatory. I’m a curious person and like to learn when possible. There are other projects in our home we talked about, and they provided advice and recommendations. I love that I have someone I can trust to support me in this way. It’s enough that where my father had an issue at his home and I recommended Arthur and he was blown away by knowledge and openness. Thank you again and looking forward to connecting about future electrical projects at my home!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 1 hour sevice call will be billed at $149 this includes the trip fee. All service work will be charged at an hourly rate of $100 p/hr after the first hour. New installations can be bid or hourly depending on your needs. All work comes with a 2 warranty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the work needed with the customer and will send over a quote for approval before work begins. Service work is always hourly and I can come out after pricing agreement to fix any wiring issues you might have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years apprenticeship with IECA in Arizona 1 year apprenticeship with ABA in Arizona General Electrician Certification from DIR California #158626 EEW (Energized Electrical Worker) Training OSHA 30 card holder
