- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What you should know about our pricing is that it is upfront with no hidden fees or added cost. If you would like to make changes via contract then the estimated pricing will be updated accordingly and accurately. At the time of the in person estimate a contract will be signed that notes upfront cost including labor, equipment, and other charges necessary to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process of working with a new customer is to contact them in regards to a free in person estimate. This is to ensure the project will be completed accurately within the given time frame as well as making sure our customers are getting the most accurate pricing for what they would like to get done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We have affiliated licenses for our masonry and landscape company. Lastly, we have 31 years of experience followed by trained and dedicated workers.
