- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive to the industry and provides added services others don’t include for Full Maintenance. There are no hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will communicate with clients to understand their needs. If I can be of assistance, I will meet with them and inspect their pool to measure the gallons and assess the equipment. I will then explain the services that I can offer. If the customer is satisfied, we will sign an agreement that outlines the expectations from both sides. There will be no contract, it will be a month-to-month agreement."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended a water quality management course while in the US Navy. Arizona does not require a CPO certification. However, I am attending a scheduled exam in May 2024 to be above industry standards.
