- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Having worked for many different platforms Wayfair, Handy, Task Rabbit. I have noticed that no one has standardized how to assemble furniture for a fair price. When you book with me you get someone that knows what they are doing. Arrives to your appointment early, works quickly to cut down your inconvenience time and vacuums up the mess that was made along the way. To guarantee this is done every time our prices are fair and below other business models.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I make sure to respond quickly and get as much information as possible. This ensures an accurate quote and estimate for time to assemble. I'm a guest in your home so I make sure that anything done gets your approval before making any decisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up remodeling houses with my family. So I have a fair amount of knowledge when it comes to building things. I have and use my own professional power tools and The projects I do most frequently are RTA furniture. RTA stands for "Ready to Assemble". It includes everything you order online and buy in the store that comes in a box.
