- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I may be a tad lower than others but I run a clean business with no overhead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact and introduce myself. Verify work that needs done. Re-verify. Meet customer at their jobsite and go over in detail what needs done and the priority it needs done in. Perform work while keeping customer in the loop at all times. Verify completed work with customer. Accept final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Low Voltage for 17 years. Flooring for 35 years (full time and on side) extensive home repairs for plumbing, drywall, electrical, hanging TV's, installing shelving, drywall, texturing, ceiling fans, interior and exterior lighting, drywall repairs, faucets and more. A lot of my customer base was from word of mouth customers, friends neighbors. kept me busy for a long time.
