I’m a certified hypnotherapist and registered yoga instructor and owner of Homlistic Healing. I focus on allowing people to reclaim their joy on and off their mat even if they don’t know where to begin. Ive done hypnotherapy and yoga with Taylor in various settings; her offerings are so calming, welcoming, empowering and refined like a warm hug. If youre looking for space to truly slow down and connect with yourself, I cannot recommend Taylor more!

Taylor is so wonderful! Ive done both her yoga sessions along with her therapy and Im very please to say this person has done wonders for my mental and physical health. If you want a different take on therapy, would highly recommend giving hypnotherapy a try. Waking up afterwards always feels like weight has been lifted off my shoulders. She always conforms to what your body is capable of when she teaches yoga so she will never push you past what your body is capable of handling. Highly suggested, thank you Taylor !!!! :)
