- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge a fee for my services The prices I quote are the prices they are (unless the vendor changes ie: no price is safe until your trip is booked) I have access to all the discount sites and am able to meet or beat prices shown.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact I find out these simple things Where do you want to go? When do you want to go? How many travelers will there be? What the ages or the travelers are? Will you be needing air and hotel and transportation? and the most important but the least exciting questions What is your budget? Are you looking for budget, moderate or luxury accommodations? Do you have any special needs/requests that need to be taken care of? Are you ready to have FUN!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed agent with my CLIA, and IATA numbers I have been through extensive cruise training with several cruise lines as well as being an individual member of CLIA which requires extensive hours of training both in person and online.
