- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Our project coordinator, Denise, will contact you to discuss your project. 2. We'll gather information, such as photos, measurements, and any details about the work you'd like completed. 3. In some cases, we can provide a rough estimate based on the information you provide. However, many projects require an in-person visit to ensure an accurate quote. 4. We'll schedule a free on-site estimate at a date and time that's convenient for you. 5. Our foreman, Javier, will meet with you, evaluate the project, answer your questions, and discuss the best options for your needs. 6. After the visit, we'll provide you with a detailed, itemized estimate with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. 7. Once you approve the estimate, we'll schedule your project and keep you informed throughout the process until your project is complete.

Our foreman, Javier, has over 10 years of professional experience in the tile industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed residential and commercial flooring, custom showers, backsplashes, fireplaces, and full bathroom remodeling projects.
