- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary, depending on what our client is looking for. Here at Lunaz Tile, we are not the cheapest, but our work speaks for itself. We take pride in what we do. We do offer free local estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Our project coordinator Denise will get in contact with you. 2. We collect information from your project, such as pictures. 3. Depending on the project, we can sometimes provide an"Approximate Estimate" [Approximate Estimate's don't work on all projects sometimes its impossible without having our formen being able to see the project in person.] 4. We schedule 📅 an Estimate for your project, and we verify to see what time and date best works for you. 5. Our formen Javier will meet with you in person, collect details from your project, and answer any questions you might have. 6. We will work on your estimate and send you an itemized quote with no hidden fees. 7. We schedule 📅 your project after you approve it, and we hope to work with you soon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our formen Javier has 10 years + of being a tile installer, and our team has the experience to complete your project under our supervision.
