What Urban Splash Pool Care has learned over time is that our clients are looking for quality, service and investment. We’ve also learned that it’s possible to offer all three at once .We have made the decision to concentrate on great quality and great service which then will create a long-term investment. We are not only investing in servicing your pool, but building a great business relationship with our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep the process as smooth as possible. Meet prior to weekly service or we set a time convenient that works for them. Clients have also just sent us there address, and we go out and check the pool and equipment out ourselves. We collect their information for contact and billing and that's it! We want switching services seamless as possible.
