The app only allowed me to pick 3 qualities unfortunately or I would have picked all and some! Jason was absolutely fantastic! His response time was phenomenal 4mins from the time I reached out to ask about his services. I still haven't heard back from some of the other companies I had reached out too 1st and that was weeks ago! His communication, punctuality, work quality, customer service, professionalism, & prices are the absolute best! He will be our lifetime pool guy without a doubt! I highly recommend him to any and everyone needing pool services!

Hired Chive pools after last guy left without warning. Had algae. Jason was great at first. Showed up weekly for 2 months, then, ghosted. Contact him late December 2024, asked when he was coming as he hadn't been the in 4 weeks, he disagreed, but the he came out the next day or so. Fast forward to January 2025. Same scenario, hadnt been at our place for 3 weeks, contacted Jason asked why, he disagreed again. Came out next day, fast forward to February 2025, last week of month, texted again, why he hasn't been out since end of January, he disagreed again, but showed up Feb 28th So I paid for weekly service Dec, Jan and Feb weekly service got 1 week each month, eacj tme pool had algae, which in Feb wjen he came out, brush one small portion amd left.all the algae ontje sides of pools. Horibvle service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. You will pay for a month amd not get crap. Scam! Do not hire
