- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are negotiable depending on the circumstances of each one, depending on the number of hours per week, the number of people per class and the duration of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need to know what the needs of my students are, what previous knowledge they have of Spanish, and what is the objective for which they want to speak Spanish. After that, I establish a study and work plan, we decide the number of classes per week and the days and hours. Finally, the whole stage is ready to start our performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree related to Spanish as a language and its literature. I am certified as a teacher and I have a master in teaching Spanish. Furthermore I am also certified for the DELE Spanish Diploma exams. I am an examiner and therefore I know the structure of the exams very well and I am trained to teach them to pass.
