- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Do my best to customize my Private Training for New Students. Always ask a few questions first: What type of training they're seeking? Do they want a One-Time format (or) a Package of 2, 4, 8 Private Lessons? 1 or 2 hrs each? Train solo or with another person(s)? Once I have some details - I can sculpt & design a program for them and work together on their goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Texts, Emails and/or Phone Calls to give personal info and describe the strategies and techniques I will share. My Private Training Fees are confirmed and handled. Next, we choose a calendar date & time for the 1st Lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have made it a life-long task to keep studying and keeping up with new ideas, techniques and strategies from other experts around the USA. As a 7th Degree Black Belt, I still feel like a novice which keeps me searching for more that I can share with future students.
