FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts: Buyers: I will assist in helping you pay for costs at closing. I will credit you up to 5% of my commission (after Broker fees and as allowed by your lender) upon the successful close of your new home. Sellers: If you list and sell your home with me, and then I represent you in the purchase of your next home, I will credit you up to 0.5% (as allowed by your lender) of the purchase price of your new home upon the successful close of your new home. Rates for my services are competitive and easy to understand. Buyers: you typically do not pay for my services (the Seller compensates the Buyer's broker). Sellers: please contact me for more information on the fees for listing and marketing your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are looking to purchase a home, understanding your priorities as a buyer will serve as a north star on your journey to a new dwelling place. This is why a Buyer Consultation is the first step in working with me! Developing a strong understanding of what you’re looking for will be my first priority. If you are selling your home, I want all of my sellers to be well-equipped, to understand the process, and to feel comfortable about their move. This is why a Seller Consultation is the first step in working with me! During the Seller Consultation, we will discuss my team’s process to assist you in getting informed, getting listed, and most importantly, getting sold!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed real estate licensure coursework at Arizona School of Real Estate and Business and earned my real estate license on my first attempt! I am a member of the Scottsdale Area Associations of REALTORS®, and I hold the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designation. I hold a BA in Applied Mathematics from UC Berkeley as well as an MA in Education from WGU.
