- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our clients that workout at Pulse Fitness have a Fitness Coach in one way or another. Our pricing is very competitive and we do offer a 20% discount for a family member that joins as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always meet first with our new customers before getting signed up. We need to understand your goals, do a movement screening and discuss programs. If we are a good fit, great, we will move forward, if we aren't, that's ok, we will be sure to find the best solution for you, even if it's not us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our coaches are certified by nationally accredited organizations, we hold degrees in Kinesiology, Exercise Science and Human Movement from Universities.
