I highly recommend Jonathan as a personal trainer. Not only does he have science degree, he was a former competitive athlete. As a former competitive athlete myself, I respond well to Johnathan’s coaching. He makes sure you are aware of your form and pays attention when counting sets. Being a former competitive athlete I have many old injuries and need to modify certain exercises. Bc Jonathan cares about his clients, he took the time to hear my physical concerns. Before each session Jonathan goes over the sessions exercises with tailored modifications to support of special needs. Moreover, Jonathan takes the time to discuss the other sides of fitness from nutrition and rehabilitation. Due to personal medical issues I shared with Jonathan- he recommended a NP to me for support. Presently I’m working with the NP and my medical issues are getting resolved. In 4 months of working with Jonathan to now I went from 146-118 lbs and sustaining my new weight. Without the full spectrum support from Jonathan I could have done that without him.
