- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start working together, my top priority is getting to know YOU and your goals! I’ll begin by scheduling a discovery call where we chat about your fitness journey, lifestyle, and any challenges you’ve faced. From there, I’ll have you fill out a quick questionnaire to dive deeper into your goals, preferences, and any special considerations (like injuries or specific workout needs). Once I’ve got all the details, I’ll create a personalized fitness plan tailored just for you! Whether it’s strength training, improving mobility, or building healthy habits, every step of the plan is designed to fit your lifestyle and help you feel your best. You’ll also get access to my app, where I’ll upload your workouts, track your progress, and provide accountability every step of the way. We’ll check in regularly (most clients I text just about daily and have weekly checkins each week to go over the week prior) to adjust your plan as you grow stronger and more confident. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader, supporting you through every milestone and celebrating your wins—big or small!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from coaching clients Inperson and online for the last 8 years. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, as well as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, with expertise in creating tailored fitness and nutrition plans. I’m also Solidcore certified, specializing in pilates-inspired strength training. My training allows me to help clients improve their strength, mobility, and overall well-being with science-based, personalized programs designed for lasting results.
