FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for each session varies based on the frequency and duration of your training commitment. You have flexibility in choosing when and how you're billed. Training with me is a comprehensive approach, so text support and nutritional guidance are included with the training sessions at no extra cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you first reach out to me, we'll exchange a few messages to ensure things work logistically. From there, we will schedule a free, no obligation training session! Depending on your goals, your first session may include a thorough assessment of your current capabilities, such as strength and mobility. This assessment helps me recommend the best programming and training to achieve your goals. Whether you decide to work with me or not, I want you to have a clear game plan. Additionally, during this time, you'll be able to check out one of the two private facilities I work at, ask any questions you may have, and discuss nutrition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). My training journey was enriched by working alongside elite powerlifters at the UConn Barbell Club during my time at the University of Connecticut. I continue to deepen my fitness knowledge through various sources, including acclaimed books like "Starting Strength" and "NSCA’s Guide to Program Design." I also explore unconventional methods, such as "The TB12 Method," to ensure I have a well-rounded understanding. I continuously learn from industry professionals and stay updated with the latest published research. This includes buying new eBooks & programs and studying them. Additionally, I’ve completed several nutrition courses at UConn, achieving A's in every course. ;)
