I am not someone who has ever enjoyed working out. For me it was always a dreaded task that didn’t grant me any enjoyment. However, as I’ve gotten older I’ve realized that being strong and fit is key to a healthy life. I searched for a personal trainer that is thoughtful, knowledgeable, supportive and kind. Everett is all of those things. Since I’ve started working with him I’ve seen such a great progression in my strength and fitness. He also makes working out fun, which is the best part. For about two years, I have been struggling with lower back pain. As a result, I had been pretty inactive and even gained weight. Two months ago, I found Everett and I now feel like I can be running again soon. I still get some back pain, but on the days that I train with Everett, I feel amazing - not so sore that I can’t move but definitely challenged. My strength is back and I feel more confident. I cannot recommend Everett enough for his knowledge, professionalism and temperament for fitness.
