What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to really understand the goals that a person has. Once I understand there goals I believe it is important to know why they have those goals. This will give me a good gauge on how to motivate my client and connect with them. From this point we begin specialized training that is tailored to the goals and demographic of my trainee. Training is a constant learning process both for the individual and myself. I vow to always provide my training with excellence and make it fun in anyway I can for the person I am working with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in exercise science and I have been certified to train through the ISSA for over 5 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
College students, middle age men and woman, overweight individuals, athletes of all ages
